Fuego Nuevo privacy

This policy describes the native Android and iOS versions of Fuego Nuevo by Copal Games. The App Store listing uses the name Fuego Nuevo: Mictlán. For privacy questions, contact support@copal.games.

Data in the game

The native apps do not send personal data, identifiers, gameplay activity or usage statistics to Copal Games. They do not include advertising, tracking or analytics tools. You do not need a Copal Games account to play.

Saves and settings are stored on your device to preserve progress. Depending on your settings, the operating system may include this data in its backups. Copal Games does not receive those backups. Storage and backup management depend on your device and operating system.

The store and operating system

Google Play or Apple manage purchases, downloads and platform services under their own policies. Copal Games does not receive your card details from the game. This policy does not replace store or operating system policies.

Contacting support

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include to respond to your request. Share only what is necessary and do not send passwords or payment details. You can ask how your communication is handled or request deletion by contacting the same email address. Email contact is separate from the operation of the game.

Web playtest and website

This policy applies exclusively to the native Android and iOS apps. It does not apply to browsing this website or to the access-code web playtest at /play/, which presents a separate consent and event-recording notice.

Changes

If the apps’ practices change, we will update this policy and store disclosures before distributing the relevant version.
